Account & Registration

Creating your account is straightforward. Click Register in the top navigation, enter your Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address, choose a strong password, and confirm you are 18 or older. You will receive an OTP on your mobile number to verify your account. Once verified, your account is active and you can make your first PKR deposit straight away. The entire process takes under two minutes on a phone.

No — only one account per person is permitted at 77cx Game. Duplicate accounts are detected during payment processing and verification checks. If a second account is found linked to the same mobile number, identity or payment method, both accounts may be restricted and any bonus funds removed. If you have lost access to your original account, contact us at [email protected] and we will help you recover it rather than needing to start fresh.

On the Login page, click the "Forgot password?" link. Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number or email. You will receive either an SMS with a one-time code or a reset link by email. Follow the steps shown, choose a new password — at least twelve characters with a mix of letters, numbers and a symbol — and you are back in within two minutes. If you no longer have access to your registered number or email, email [email protected] with your account details for manual recovery.

Log in to your account and go to Settings. Contact details can be updated from there, but a verification step is required — we will send an OTP to your current registered number or email to confirm it is genuinely you making the change. If you no longer have access to either, reach out to [email protected]. We will ask for identity verification before updating any sensitive account detail.

Accounts are automatically locked after several failed login attempts as a security precaution. Wait 15 minutes and try again with the correct credentials. If the account remains locked, email [email protected] with your registered mobile number and we will verify your identity and unlock it promptly. Do not attempt to open a second account — this will complicate the recovery process and may result in funds being held pending review.
Deposits

77cx Game supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and mobile wallets. All deposits are processed in PKR — no currency conversion involved. JazzCash and Easypaisa are the most popular choices among Pakistani players because transfers are instant and the apps are already on most phones. For first-time deposits, make sure the name on your payment method matches your registered account name.

The minimum deposit is PKR 500 for JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast. Bank transfer minimums may vary depending on your bank's own transfer limits, but are generally in the same range. There is no maximum deposit limit set by the platform, though your payment provider may have daily transaction caps. Check your JazzCash or Easypaisa app for the daily limit on outgoing transfers if you plan to deposit a larger amount.

JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast deposits are credited to your 77cx Game PKR balance almost instantly — usually within seconds of completing the transfer. Bank transfers typically take a few minutes to a couple of hours depending on the bank and time of day. If a deposit has not appeared after two hours, check your transaction history in the payment app to confirm the transfer went through, then contact [email protected] with the transaction reference.

77cx Game does not charge any deposit fees on our end. Your balance is credited with the exact PKR amount you transfer. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges — for example, JazzCash and Easypaisa have their own fee structures for outgoing transfers. Check your wallet app before sending if you are unsure. We recommend depositing slightly more if you want your playable balance to be a round number after any provider fees.
Withdrawals

Log in to your account, go to the Wallet section and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer — enter the amount and confirm. Withdrawals go to the same payment method you used to deposit, which helps keep your account secure and speeds up processing. Make sure your payment details in your account profile are up to date before requesting a withdrawal.

JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours of your request being approved. Bank transfers generally take 1–2 business days. The first withdrawal on your account may take a little longer due to a standard identity verification check — this is a one-time process to confirm the account belongs to you and that the withdrawal destination matches your registered details. All subsequent withdrawals are faster once that check is done.

The minimum withdrawal is PKR 500. There is no platform-set maximum withdrawal limit for standard players, though larger amounts may require additional verification as a fraud prevention measure. VIP players may have elevated withdrawal limits — check your account tier in the Promotions section for details. If you have active bonus funds with pending wagering requirements, those funds are not available for withdrawal until the conditions are met.

To claim it, make sure you opt in to the welcome offer during or immediately after your first deposit — the bonus is credited to your account automatically once the deposit is confirmed. A wagering requirement means you need to play through the bonus amount a certain number of times before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to place bets totalling PKR 20,000 using that bonus before requesting a withdrawal. Progress towards completing the wagering requirement is shown in your account dashboard. Not all games contribute equally — Slots typically count 100%, while Live Casino games may contribute less. Check the individual promotion terms for specifics.

Yes — during Pakistan Super League season and major T20 international series, 77cx Game runs dedicated Cricket promotions. These typically include free bets on PSL matches, enhanced odds on selected fixtures and cashback offers on Cricket wagers. All active offers appear on the Promotions page. We recommend checking the Promotions page at the start of each PSL matchday to see what is available. Email or notification opt-ins in your account settings can also alert you when a new offer goes live.

Bonuses have an expiry date — if the offer lapses before you meet the wagering requirement, the bonus and any related winnings are removed automatically. The expiry date is always shown in the promotion terms before you claim the offer, and your account dashboard displays a countdown as the deadline approaches. If you believe a bonus was removed in error — for example, before the stated expiry — contact [email protected] with your account details and the name of the promotion and we will investigate.
Sports & Cricket Betting

After logging in, go to the Sports section. Find the Cricket market you want — PSL match, T20 international, Test series or domestic fixture — and click on the odds for your selection. Your bet slip opens on the right side of the screen. Enter your stake in PKR, review the potential return and click Confirm Bet. You will see the bet listed in your account history immediately. For live betting, the Sports section shows real-time odds that update ball by ball.

If a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result has been bowled, most outright match bets are voided and your stake is returned to your PKR wallet. If a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern result is declared, the match is settled on that official result. In-play bets placed after the match started but before the abandonment may be settled differently — check the specific terms under your open bets. Settlement typically completes within 24 hours of the official match result being confirmed.

Cash out is available on selected markets and is shown as an option in your open bets list if it applies to your wager. The cash-out value changes in real time based on current match conditions and remaining odds. If you see a cash-out option on your bet and want to use it, act quickly — the value updates constantly and may not be available if the market is suspended during a wicket or boundary. Not all Sports markets offer cash out; PSL and international T20 match bets typically do.
Live Casino & Slots

If your connection drops mid-round, any bets already placed are settled by the dealer as normal — the game continues on the server regardless of your connection. When you reconnect and rejoin the table, you will see the result of the round in your account history and your PKR balance will reflect any win or loss correctly. RTP stands for Return to Player and is expressed as a percentage — for example, a Slot with 96% RTP will, on average, return PKR 96 for every PKR 100 wagered over a very large number of spins. It is a long-run statistical average, not a guarantee for any single session. Higher RTP Slots are generally considered more favourable to the player over time. The RTP for each Slot title is listed in the game's information panel. Fish Games operate differently — they involve a skill and probability combination rather than a fixed RTP model.
Security & Responsible Gaming

Log in, go to Settings and find the Security section. Toggle two-factor authentication on and confirm with your registered Pakistani mobile number. From that point, any login from a new or unrecognised device will require an OTP sent to your number. It adds about five seconds to logins on new devices but makes your PKR balance and account significantly harder to access without your phone. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA, especially if you keep a meaningful balance in your account wallet.

Change your password immediately — even if you are not certain, act fast. Then email [email protected] with your account details and a brief description of what you noticed (unusual login location, unexpected withdrawal request, etc.). Our team will review your login history, flag any suspicious activity and, if necessary, freeze the account while we investigate. 77cx Game will never ask for your password, OTP or full card number by email or SMS. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from us and requesting those details, do not respond — forward that message to support.

Responsible gaming tools are available in your account settings. You can set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limits, session time reminders and cooling-off periods.
